I am an immunologist and synthetic biologist with over 3000 citations in the fields of genomics, immunology, cancer, and bioinformatics. I am currently combining AI-based protein design and structural prediction with immunology to design novel targeted immunotherapies for cancer and autoimmune diseases. My ultimate goal is to understand the language of the adaptive immune systems.

I am in the labs of Nir Hacohen at Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard and Massachusetts General Hospital, and Wengong Jin at Northeastern University. I recently finished a one year Technology Venture Fellowship with The Engine Ventures, a deep tech venture capital firm originating from MIT.
Previously, I was a PhD student at Harvard Divison of Medical Sciences in Catherine J. Wu lab at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, where I am also a Landry Cancer Biology Fellow and Fujifilm Fellow. My thesis titled "Large Scale, User-Defined Peptide and Peptide-Human Leukocyte Antigen Library for High Throughput Detection of Immunogenic Antigens" is a five-year long collaboration with the Broad Institute Proteomics Platform.

Outside of my work in the biomedical and biotechnology fields, I have also performed global health research and worked in diverse policy roles in international organizations in emerging healthcare markets. This includes research under the Yale Global Health Scholarship on physician-patient relationship in China, under the mentorship of Dr. Yun Li and Dr. Jufang Huang at Xiangya Medical School of Central South University. I also spent 6 months in Nairobi, Kenya on vaccination policy research and SMS-based software for vaccination reminder, under American Red Cross Measles and Rubella Initiative and UNICEF Office of Innovation.
I am interested in the intersection of medical research, biotechnology product management, and deep tech investing.
